On acceptance of the quote we require confirmation of the placement of the order. Confirmation of the order must be sent in writing, either by simply filling in the bottom of the quote and returning to us or by sending the equivalent information on an email or letter. We will then send you a booking confirmation, complete with template & fit/delivery dates, within 2 working days of receiving the order. Please note, the order will not have been processed until you receive our confirmation, so if this has not come through in the allotted time, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.
